Provider Bio
Haley graduated from Wartburg College where she majored in Biology and
Neuroscience, she completed her Physician Assistant studies at the University
of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
Haley has been with CPM since October 2019, since her employment she has
underwent Creekside’s extensive training in pain and migraine theory.
She is building her CME through the American Headache Society to expand
her knowledge in migraine and pain. During her undergrad she studied migraine
and spent time with the neurology and headache clinic. She has a passionate
about migraine and chronic pain.
Outside of the office Haley enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and traveling.
