Provider Bio
Born in Africa, Dr. Horner has a uniquely global view of family medicine,
having practiced in Colorado and the Marshall Islands, and having taught
at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Medical School. Her medical degree
is from the University of Kansas. Additionally, she completed an ultrasonography
fellowship at Harvard. Her undergraduate degree in biology is from the
University of Colorado at Boulder. Dr. Horner is a fellow of the American
Academy of Family Physicians and board-certified in Family Practice. She
has an interest in all aspects of family practice from pediatrics to geriatrics.
She and her husband have two children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling,
going on medical missions, exotic cooking and beautiful Colorado.
