Provider Bio

Jeanette practices Physical Therapy with the intention to help her patients return to the activities they enjoy. She has earned multiple certifications as a manual physical therapist, yoga for osteoporosis, functional dry needling, strength and conditioning specialist, and prenatal/postpartum exercise instructor. Her practice focuses on male and female pelvic health and muscle and joint dysfunction in the spine and extremities. Patients gain a sense of empowerment to manage their symptoms, to increase strength and mobility and to return to their activities. Jeanette is truly committed to learning and professional development and continues to be fascinated by the complexity of the human body and motivated by her patients to learn. She has lectured in the Boulder community on incontinence, pelvic pain, prostate cancer, prenatal/postpartum exercise, osteoporosis and workstation evaluation. Outside the clinic, she teaches vinyasa and restorative yoga, workshops for yoga vs osteoporosis, and enjoys numerous outdoor adventures on foot, bike and skis with her husband.
