Growing up in Colorado, Yasmeen emphasized an active lifestyle leading her to pursue an undergraduate degree in health and exercise science with a concentration in sports medicine. Yasmeen was a research lead in neuromuscular aspects of human movement and led an associated community outreach program during her time in Fort Collins, CO. She supported orthopedic patients pre- and postoperatively in physical therapy before completing a master of science in physician assistant studies at Rocky Vista University.

Yasmeen prioritizes a balanced life and is passionate about restoring the quality of life to her patients. Yasmeen is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and works as a physician assistant specializing in hip and knee joint replacements.
