Cam specializes in the evaluation and treatment of the hand and upper extremity.
His experience includes chronic/overuse injuries, post-traumatic, post-operative,
congenital, and neurological disorders as well as custom fabrication of
both static and dynamic orthoses. Cam is proficient with advanced manual
therapies and emphasizes the activation of neural structures when treating
orthopedic conditions to effectively treat the entire anatomical unit.
He is progressing toward Certification in Hand Therapy with a goal for
certification in 2024. Prior to making his move to Occupational Therapy,
Cam practiced in sports medicine with active populations ranging from
high school to Olympic level athletes. He skillfully translates his rehabilitation
programming to help clients of all abilities achieve their functional
goals. With his warm and welcoming personality, Cam invests himself in
each unique rehabilitation journey and enjoys building rapport with his
clients to encourage them to lead their rehabilitation program while offering
his clinical guidance along the way.
Originally from Wyoming, Cam moved to northern Colorado to pursue his educational
aspirations, but he ended up staying for the adventure and opportunity
he discovered. He enjoys camping and hiking with friends and has a new-found
interest in skiing. When he isn’t exploring the summer and winter
activities of the Rockies, Cam can be found in the CrossFit gym where
he likes to maintain his physical fitness and mobility.
