Provider Bio
Dr. Warren is a board certified Otolaryngologist and fellow of the American
College of Surgeons. He received his doctorate of medicine from the University
of Missouri, Columbia in 1984. He went on to complete his residency in
1990 from Washington University/Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He joined
the staff of Boulder Valley Ear, Nose, and Throat in 1990 and served as
chief of medical staff at Avista from 1992-1993. In addition, he served
as chief of surgery at Boulder Community Hospital from 1998-2002. His
special interests include head and neck surgery, treatment of head and
neck cancer, and general otolaryngology. Dr. Warren is very close with
his family and has three adult children. He likes to spend his free time
out of the office on his mountan bike, travelling around the world, and
watching his Ohio State Buckeyes dominate college sports.
